Don't support internet2!

Can't be arsed to fast forward that thing. D:

Okay so this guy cannot form complete sentences, and he just said

Alex Jones said:
...and they say that they are going to end internet neutrality, Congress passed a law two weeks ago saying that if AT&T doesn't like your website, because its quote "just compitition," for any reason they wish, they can block you out of all their networks, and not let your traffic go across your systems.

He just lost all credibility, because this show aired on May 3rd, 2006, and the Internet Neutrality act didn't fail until earlier this month. He also said they passed a law allowing for this to happen-- that's not true. What actually happened was a law was proposed to forbid this called the Internet Neutrality Act. This law failed. There is no law that says "You have the right to favoritize websites if you are an ISP" there is just a lack of a law that forbids you to do this.

Alex Jones sounds familiar, is he a 9/11 conspiracy theorist or something?

Doesn't matter. He seems to be rambling on and on about nothing in particular and there's proof that he is using fake proof to support this.

I thought Watergate. :|

Whoa that sentence made no sense. I think I meant something along the lines of:

"Doesn't matter. He seems to be rambling on and on about nothing in particular, and only using fake proof to support random claims."

I think I got distracted while writing it D:

Alex Jones is a bit of a nob, so I can't be bothered with this.

Is internet 2 the one where u have to pay to download illegal music.

I would really rather I could read something instead of watching some one hour google video, to be honest.

You can already do that now, just search for "MP3 + Russian" and you'll get loads of sites where you can download songs for 0.03$ lol

Don't expect to actually receive something, though :p

No Sixthree.
Internet2 is not a separate physical network and will not replace the Internet. Internet2 brings together institutions and resources from academia, industry and government to develop new technologies and capabilities that can then be deployed in the global Internet. Close collaboration with Internet2 corporate members will ensure that new applications and technologies are rapidly deployed throughout the Internet. Just as email and the World Wide Web are legacies of earlier investments in academic and federal research networks, the legacy of Internet2 will be to expand the possibilities of the broader Internet

Now the grid could be the next generation internet.

Another good thing? Designed from the ground up to be a secure system. Yippy! Not this old internet where they never predicted viruses\ad's\such.

But at $0.03, I have nothing to lose!

Well, yeah. And then suddenly you see entire albums for 0.25$ and you're on a spamming spree.
Then you've suddenly wasted 10 bucks on thin air :p
