Notice how whenever there is a computer in a movie or TV show, its incessantly making beepy noises?
As in, say CSI, whenever there is someone on a computer, its making these ugly, highpitched monophonic beeping noises like something out of a 1960's startrek episode. Whenever someone moves the mouse, it makes high-pitched clicks, whenever they resize a window or close a window or a loading bar comes up, it makes annoying beeping sounds.
I hate it, and its in almost every form of TV show or movie...it's as if they think its "cooler" to have computers make "high-tech" noises. My god, I would enjoy it much more if they were completley silent.
