Doom 3 "Minimiser"

i heard of a program or file or something called a "Minimiser" that lets you alt+tab out of doom 3, is there anywhere to download such a file, and how do you install it?

It's a good idea actually. I have having to save and close out of Doom 3 when someone messages me.
