It wouldn't be against the rules if you posted a link to a web site and they added magazine scans later without your knowledge, but knowingly (as can be assumed since you included them in the title of your post) linking to a page with the scans is against the rules.

Why do you think all of the other people that linked to sites with magazine scans got in trouble and had the threads modified/closed/deleted?
