This is annoying as hell. Everytime I try to download something the download just stops. The download will go for five minutes then when I look at it it'll be at some % and it'll say its downloading at whatever kb/s but the file won't be downloading. It just sits at that percent forever. It happens if the download has been going on for five minutes or so. Its annoying because I can't download anything that'll take longer than five minutes to download from anywhere. Anyone know how to fix this because I wanna download some stuff.

are you using any download managers? Have you tried downloading something completely different from a completely different server?

Download managers can often cause wierd problems like this, and it could just be the site your downloading from is having problems.

It doesn't matter what file or where I download it from, it just stops. Its the default windows downloading thing.

:| If it's your modem, unplug its power source completely. Wait for about 15-30 seconds, then plug back in, see if this does the trick. People say this usually works to "refresh" your internet.

I've had something like this happen before, have you checked how much free space you have?

Free space? 56.6 GB of free space on my HD. I'll try unplugging my router and modem when I get home from school today.

I've tried everything and I still can't download anything from anywhere :(.
