Drivermagic problem!

Hi ive been using drivermagic and when i come to updating my drivers i have a whole list of things to update but 90% are all the same driver like

same name: infinst_enu
same file size: 1.48mb
same version..!

i dont understand this?

All i want to do is update all of my system drivers but i dont know how to! like what to look for etc. is there any better software than this?
