Dual Monitor Programs?

I need a good dual monitor program. I have UltraMon, but it does not do the things I would like it to do. Can anyone recommend me a good one?

I would like to be able to play games on my Secondary or Primary and talk on the other without having the game minimize. Thanks guys..

I think the game is always going to minimize. When I first got my dual monitor set up I wanted to do the same, but it just doesn't happen and I've still not found anything that fixes it.
UltraMon seems to be the best program out at the minute, too - but Ive not done that much research either.
