Dual monitors

I was just wondering do i need a program to run dual monitors ? i have them both running now but i want the option to surf the net on one and play on the other any help would be nice.

Why do you need 2 monitors? You have a 32" LCD TV. What is the point of another monitor?!

Its giving me the option to duplicate the same screen i got but not making one big one.

I dont know i have it so why not use the other lol I guess i'll play bf2 on the 32" and watch a dvd on the other at the same time.

What the hell? My video card runs dual monitors. Just get one of those. I'd be using it if someone hadn't stolen one of my monitor's power cords.

OOohhhh I thought it wasn't working. I just read the first sentence then skipped down the post and made a somewhat wild assumption.

At any rate my video card allows me to use both as one screen as well.

It would be great if he told us what card he has.
