Is that after or before you compiled your map?
Because I know there are errors sometimes when you want to play your map through the Hammer HL2. Try checking 'don't run the game' in the Run menu. Compile it. Then, start up HL2 the regular way, and load your map by typing in 'map <yourmapname>' in the console.
