Okay... what is the deal with these republican candidates? These guys are DANGEROUS.
I was watching CNN because there's nothing good on(never seems to be on weekends), for a little background noise while I further my C# studies... and there's a republican debate, so I listen to it.
There's this Duncan Hunter guy, who I haven't even heard of as a presidential candidate for the republican side.
I can't find a video of the CNN debate, but I found one for a fox debate. It doesn't matter though... why? Because this guy says the exact same thing every time when asked about china. It's even in his ad campaigns.

He talks about China buying guns, missiles, ships etc... as if they are building up some kind of military machine to go to war with the United States. And we're doing what... buying innocent lead covered Chinese toys with ours? No... we're buying guns and ships and missiles as well.
This is DANGEROUS thinking. This guy talks like China is up there with Iran in their eyes, thinking both are immediate military threats to the United States. I can see his desires to dismantle the China economy potentially leading to a military escalation with China if he ever gets elected into office.
Why is it that all these republican candidates talk about making enemies? It seriously scares the shit out of me. We shouldn't be alienating ourself further from the world, we need to be making amends and rebuilding ourselves as a stable, cooperative, most of all friendly world power.
At what point is the line going to be drawn when it comes to this aggressive behavior and rhetoric? When we bite off more than we can chew and lock ourselves into a war we can't easily escape from without the usage of nuclear weapons on both sides?
<shakes his head>
This guy is Ann Coulter's top choice for president apparently.
