Alright guys, i'm not a computer genius and I need alot of help here.
Firstly, I went to install a game and noticed nothing loaded up so i went into my computer looking for my cd-rom drive and it wasnt there, Only C drive.
Then i went into control panel, system, device manger and noticed that only my dvd/cd rom drives had yellow exclamation marks beside them. I right clicked one, went to properties and the device status is as follows:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
I've rebooted and tried to update the drivers so many times ive lost count, when i try to update the drivers it says i have the latest ones.

My DVD/CD Rom drives are:

_NEC DVD_RW ND-3530A
CD-ROM DRIVE
H + H DVD-ROM DVD-41SD SCSI cdrom device
H + H DVD-ROM DVD-41SD SCSI cdrom device

This is a new pc too, i only bought it a few weeks ago. I'm really worried about this guys, can you please help..

Did you uninstall the driver before trying to install it again. If not, try uninstalling it then restart and see if windows automatically detects it an follow the instructions.

If that doesn't help (I'm assuming you've got Win XP) try using "System Restore" to go back to a date that it worked.
