I have just installed a new DVD-RW and replaced the old CD-RW. Used the same connectors and the same jumper settings but have a problem.
Windows boots all the way up to select a user, I select a user and all I get is the background, no icons, no taskbar. Explorer is running in task manager and can do anything in there. However nothing else works.
HELP!
