Of course they are pros, these guys are after all our future gamedevelopers.
The reason mod teams make mods are most often to get a great merit to put on their CV:s for future job opporunities in the game developing scene.

So yeah I can see these guys creating excellent games in the future.

The movie played badly for me, when I compared the screenshots I noticed a huge difference. Still good, except for the undetailed parts(like the dull look of the sword's handle).
