E3 bit torrent videos

Do the E3 2003 videos have to be downloaded by that BitTorrent thingy? I downloaded and installed that and tried downloading them. I'm on a cable connection and it is downloading at almost dialup speed.

Now I understand dialup users can resume downloads with this so its easier for them, but could they also be posted as an executable themselves, so that broadband users who have no difficulty downloading ~100mb at a time can take advantage of their connection's abilities(I.E. not waiting forever for a file to finish downloading)?

Well, try downloading a diffrent, better client (like Shadow or Azeures SP?). When i was downloading all of them, i was getting about a total of 350kbps and it only took about 2 hours to get them all, its just best to turn it on and go to sleep, they will be done in the morning. As for download speed it probably will not get faster than 50-70kbps per file, as there are only so many seeds.
 
I downloaded the bitorrent and am getting 1 - 4k/sec on broadband...why dont they just use Steam ? :x Steam rules for connection speeds...i get 450k/sec on 512k/sec connection.

That'll be 450 kilobits a second, not kilobytes. 450 kilobits a second is roughly 56 kilobytes a second, so it's just under average speed for a 512k DSL connection.
