Looking at buying one of these Duo CPUs to overclock for power gaming. :D

However, which should I buy, I was told the e6400 is the better choice because of the multiplier?

seeing the difference in price is barely noticable, i'd go for the 6400. infact i got the 6600 and im very happy with it :) imo theres no point for getting the 6700 or quad atm. and the 6400 should be nice to OC. the 6600 can be OCed from 2.4 to 3 GHz without problem, so the 6400 will probably reach like 2.7 to 2.8 i think.

Code:
loop
  get choice
  if choice = (e6600 + Asus P5B) then
    message := "You are Winner"
    exit loop
  else
    rape
  end if
end loop

So is the 6600 really worth getting? What can that be clocked to?

You're all wrong, the e6000 series is not to be looked at for overclocking anymore. Instead, look for the e4000 series. They work at a higher multiplier, so the mainboard and ram don't get stressed as much as with the e6000 series. Also, they all have 4mb cache.

e6300
7x 266

e4300
9x 200

I have an e6300 with P5B Deluxe running at 3.3ghz (7x471).

Hmm that's odd, it was announced to have 4mb.. Oh well, my point still stands.
