EB Games moves HL2 Release Date

I just went to EB Games' website and saw that they moved the release date for HL2........ yesterday it was 3/31/2004... today its 3/30/2004?!?!?! :E

As much as I hope that the game is released soon, I just don't see how it could be based on all the information we've seen on CNN and other items like that, such as the information about it being showcased at E3 again.

They said Bloodlines the Masquerade was delayed, but the guys at Troika have denied those claims and say its still on track.

To clarify, I'm not really excited because they moved it one day, I'm excited because they didn't move it back. Do you know what I mean? Them moving it forward means, they either got word from someone indicating its going to be released, or its pure speculation. Either way, I think its interesting just because they didn't move it back!

Im actually kinda hoping they don't release it till summer, well July, because if they do before i just know i'll get addicted to it, forget to revise properly for my A Levels and probably not get the grades i need for my university place. If it came out in July, i could spend the whole summer being anti-social playing it endlessly, wahey!

this caught my eye as well. instead of following alot of people with the Summer release date and setting it to June Or July, they moved it up one day and stuck with a Spring release.

Yeah, heh, but another one bites the dust.

Amazon.com used to have like a march 15 release date, or an early one at least, now its june first.
But I think they were copying gamespot, or a similar site that changed the date, so they followed.

Hopefully Valve will surprise us in a good way (GABE YOU READIN THIS???).

you know it's not real when they didn't change the day of the release. They are guessing which month it comes out. They were wrong with halo. And when they were finally sure, they were still off by a day.
