Ok on EBgames.com they have Vice City PC for $29.99. At my local EB store they are still trying to sell it for $50, last time I checked. Can they do that?

Will they drop the price if I tell them about the online price?

By the way my local EB is ran by communists.

They also do price match. So if bestbuy has it for 19.99, just bring a sale paper or tell them and they'll match it. :)

Might want to check again. I was there yesterday and the price dropped, more than likely due to the fact that the GTAIII/Vice City combo pack was released this week.

They price match? I heard they did and Best Buy had Splinter Cell for $40 and Eb for $50. I went to price match and they said they don't do it. I was like WTF?! So I ended up paying $50 for the hardest game ever.

When I worked for Gamestop we only price matched with EB. I think it's the same for them. Those stores don't generally match other major retailers like Wal-Mart, Circuit City, or Best Buy. I know for a fact Gamespot doesn't, unless policy has changed.

I pulled a price match thing that I was happy with. My old gfx card GF4ti4200. It was about $150-$200 wherever I looked. CompUSA had it on sale for $80. Naturally, by the second day, they were out and weren't expecting more. So I checked out Circuit City and bought it online, went to the store to pick it up, told them about the price at CompUSA (now the deal is only if the other store has it in stock) and they refunded me down to the $80 price plus another $10 beyond that. I was really happy about that. Circuit City rules.

Well the idiots at my EB still have some priced for $49.99. I found a couple marked at $29.99.

I got Vice City and Freedom Fighters, both for $50.
