40 land, sea, infantry unit types.
350 diffrent combat units.
14 civilizations.

Highs - "Peerless New RTS Features; Dazzling graphics and multiplayer options".

Lows - "Massive game scope requires use of hotkeys", "slows down considerably on large maps".

I WILL buy this game.

Also those with Pc Gamer US - COMPANY OF HEROS lol... Sounds and looks awesome. An RTS with fully destrucible buildings(Randomized physics based destruction), AI that knows this. An RTS that looks far better in graphics and sounds better than AOE3. :).

EDIT: Nevermind didnt finish reading your post, anyway, not too into RTSs but will maybe check this one out if I got time on my hands

I've had it preordered ever since it appeared on gamestop.
NEED NEED NEED NEEEEEEEEED!

The demo, in my opinion, wasn't good at all.
The first Demo I'll admit I didn't like.
THE SECOND DEMO /w Multiplayer.
I LOVED.

Once they opened up all the options.. Holy SH*t!! You can edit just about everything to make this game perfect. I mean Hell you could make units move 10x faster if you really wanted to.
The second demo also wasn't as laggy as the first. This game though..heh proves this game is by far worth that score.

I suggest downloading the second demo.

didnt like both demos =\
and i doubt it will be better than AOE3

The second demo is the demo that I had played. I still stand by my opinion that the game didn't seem any good.

So you played online? How many games? Why didn't you like it? Did you utlize the new features? What type of game did you try? What was the pace and speed of the game you played? etc..

What didn't you like about it..
Dazzling graphics..yeah right.
Name an RTS that looks better THATS RELEASED.

So far no one has listed one reason why they didn't like the second demo.

Well, Mineral, I have never been a big fan of the, "progression through time," RTS games. I, myself, am a big fan of the Command & Conquer series. With the demise of that title I look forward to newer prospects. Specifically, Star Wars: Empire at War.

I have played quite a few matches online. My friend and I have also battled each other and computers, but that's different. I would roughly estimate about two dozen matches were played online. I gave it a long shot but couldn't bring myself to liking this game.

Yes but why not.

What didn't you like about it. You understood everything right?
