Doubt it. The amount of fluids in one of those things can be pretty large. Put pressure on one end and the whole thing sploshes out like a thing of toothpaste.

Very unlikely it's a capsule. I know theatrics capsules pretty well, and if it were actually a capsule with some sort of fake fluid inside it would not come out in the manner that it did. Notice how it shoots out like a long string, perfect to the grub's anatomy.

And if you've ever seen guts come out of a worm, they often look like that.
