Webbuilders are for more um... (no offense) noob website makers.
Most good websites are written by hand
(Meaning)

Web Builders give u crap for freedom.

Sorry dude but i agree with sidewinder you should write the site yourself.

If you new alot about website making you would relize that you should learn it, you should also relize on the various way to upload things and how it works.

I mean hell otherwize just stick with geocities.
 
I did make a frontpage site, however I couldn't get it to upload to the site (Different host). I then tried upload the site files via ftp and it worked, however the site was not displaying properly and the site adress didn't work at all. They would give you a folder with a list of your uploaded files and when you click on the main index, it would not find the rest of the files that would go with it. So it just loaded the pure index file. I also heard that Dreamweaver was good, but I never used that one before.
 
I recommend you make your own, freewebs sites last about a week before they go un-updated.
 
Trust me, write it by hand.

You click on things and it gives u the text its not a WYSIWYG but u can preview it.
I eventually really understood the text and started writing it by hand in notepad.
Then i learned some javascript n php.
 
well, I'm not saying that you shouldn't make an TESIV fan site. I'd suggest getting a solid plan, finding someone you know persoanlly (ie not the random guy on some forums) to make the site, and start keeping tabs on the community and whatnot.
