I have a problem in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. My Counjuration will not increase. At all. Im Level 75 in it, and nothing givves me XP, other than trainers and books. Any help will be greatly welcomed.

Create a conjurer's vessel with a flask of fortitude +35, continue to the lair of Jobe and make sure you have your Robes of the Seer equipped, you will find Vile of Unrelenting Poison underneath the rock between Greentree hill and Netherspine mountain, DO NOT talk to the goblin beneath Netherspine Inn, your reputation will decrease at an exponential rate causing irreversible damage to your characters stature in the halls of Indaru. After finding the vial and talking to the goblin - Slay Grand Master Crok'Thrush, the only way to do this is to thrust the sword of Befallen Dreams into his third eye, which is beneath his back left claw.

Only then will your Conjuration increase good sir.

Good luck and god speed.

How canst' thy argue a point when thy canst' even impress the ladies of Indaru! Ha Ha! I giggle at the thought of a lad your age going against Crok'Thrush. Only time will tell if your wit is as sharp as your blade young warrior.

True roleplayer right there... holy crap.

//edit

and I can't really help you out much with your problem since I haven't played the game in about a year or two.

I'm not going to lie to you. I'm beaten.

The gods of the third moon are forgiving lad, the harsh lands of Netherspine, however, are not. Cross the frozen tundra and you shall one day restore Indaru to it's former pride. Only time will tell. Uuhala be with you.

Two centuries ago Indaru was a proud capital, before the scorching of our lands and bastardization of our people by the kings of the third continent. Our people would benefit greatly from more optimists such as you, lad.

Modern English Translation: I'm gay.

lol

The problem could be fixed easily with the editor except for the fact that you must have a mod activated that broke it, and creating a mod to fix it; basically the load order will determine if it works or not.

Do you have the editor installed?

Personally I found that restoration magic took way too long to level up. Looking at the variable set for restoration, I noticed you gain less experience from casting restoration magic than with the other magic classes, so I had made a quick mod to raise it just a little; still lower than the other magic classes, just to give Bethesda the benefit of the doubt there.

In short - make sure you don't have a mod that made it do that.

Also, are you sure that summoning creatures doesn't give you experience?

Lastly, if you don't plan to create a mod to fix it yourself (I would guide you if you did; couldn't be easier), then you will need to get over it, or download a mod that changes magic experience.

I don't have any mods installed and im not sure about the editor.
yes Summoning does give you XP. It's how I got 50+ of my level.
