Eli Vance's voice actor (heard him in the proud family)

I was flipping through the channels and whatching The Proud Family (an animated disney show about a spunky black family) that is actually funny was on and one of the guest characters sounded oddly like Eli Vance, one time while I was playing somebody also reconized this man's voice as a celebrity. I have identified him as Robert Guillaume, he has been in several movies and is actually quite famous but it was so odd whatching this cartoon and hearing Eli I was thinking. REALLY odd thing was he said "it's ok hunny" just like he does at a certain point in hl2..he is also in Big Phish and the Lion King.. I KNEW I reconized that voice from a few places at least.
