Enemies freeze

Okay now that i have managed to install HL 2, i started playing it and managed to make it to episode 5.
All of a sudden,a weird thing is happen. All enemies are not moving and remain in one position,waiting for me to kill them
Tried reloading game or save games but for nothing

Anyone else encountered this problem

Please help cause I am addicted to this game!

Did you buy the game? If you own the game legally, then typing ai_disable 0 in console should sort it.
*wonders if saying Shasta 3 times will make him appear*
