I'm really off and on when it comes to my energy each day. Some days people wanna put me in a straight jacket im so hyper, others I dont wanna get outta bed. I eat healthy and get enough sleep, but something is missing.

Any suggestions to give me a kick?

Take some coffee on the sleepy days, canabis on the hyper days. :thumbs:
 
Coffee is a "no no" to Mormons, along with Caffiene.
 
Exercise every day. It will take a bit of energy off on your hyper days, and hopefully the exercise will stop you from having low energy days.
 
If it gets worse or more frequent, go see a doctor about it. It might not seem like much, but you might have some vitamin or something out of balance in your body.
