And no, my computer doesn't suck. Steam updated one day and from then on I've been getting this error along with game crash whenever a map finishes loading. Before then I had no problems. So I recently upgraded my PC, and lo and behold the issue persists. I reused the video card, so I tried another; same issue.

i5 720, 8GB DDR3, MSI P55-GD80, Radeon 4870X2. Vista 64 Ultimate (SP2 & all updates)
