Engine Error

When I complete the first chapter and second chapter starts loading after a while I get:

Engine Error
MOD_NUMFORNAME: models/props_junk/cardboard_box004a.mdl couldn't be loaded.

Then after it kicks me out to windows I get:

Application Error
The instruction at "0x241f94b7" referenced memroy at "0x01e60cc0" The memory could not be "read"

could anyone explain this, thanx

Do you have an ATi card with the latest drivers?

is that 'memroy' or 'memory?'
Im not being picky, because it could be something else, but you may have a RAM incompatibility or fault.

If in doubt, reformat, that's what i always like to do in my spare time when i want to have some serious fun........
