It was a discontinued expansion pack I believe... they kindly made it free to the masses. Weee.

Id software and Splash Damage where making it a Single player and multiplayer expansion pack, but the Single player part got axed. I played it for some time, then I quit.
You don't even need the full version of Return to Castle Wolfenstein to install it.
