During development of Enter the Tribes we have found it necessary to add more jungle sounds. Therefore we are looking for a guy/girl who will be able to record sounds from a jungle nearby him/her. We will be willing to pay you according to per sound produced (If they can be used that is)

On a site note people should know that we ALWAYS are interested in more experience for the team. If you got experience in coding, modelling, animation, texturing or the likes dont hesitate to e-mail us.

It's your chance to be a part of a unique concept.

Quick introduction:

Enter the Tribes takes players into the deep jungle in a massive fight between two tribes.
Through our 100% team based system, players will have to work together in order to run the tribe properly. This means ressources will be needed in order to build different huts and weapons. Its your time to Enter the Tribes.

Where you start out:

When players spawn they will be placed inside of their village. from the start only a few huts will be built leaving the rest up to the players. From there players will have to gather ressources or attack using their daggers they recieved from spawn. In order for the tribe to work players will have to work together dividing the work between themselves.

Ressources:

In order to make your tribe survive you will need several ressources. These ressources come in the form of Wood and Stone. But beware, the ressource gatherers are almost defenceless towards attacks. These attacks do not only come from enemy tribes but also the vicious animals of the jungle.

Wood - is the most required ressource needed. In order to create the most basic weapons and huts wood is needed. Wood is gathered by chopping down curtain types of trees, but can only be done using a special axe required for wood chopping.

Stone - is required for more advanced weapons and huts. Stone is gathered by the lake. Picking up stone will make you defenceless towards enemies as you won't be able to draw any weapons unless the stones are dropped.

After the ressources are gathered they have to be taken back to the tribe village from where further work is required to make something out of the ressources.

NOTE*
After the ressources are dropped in the village players will be able to build from it without having to move them closer to themselves.

Construction of huts:

In order to process the ressources gathered additional huts will be necessary to make more advanced items. From the start the village will only have the most basic huts making only a few wooden weapons buildable.

In order to make new huts various ressources will be required depending on the type of hut. By using a curtain tool players will be able to build the huts giving them access to new and more dangerous weapons and skills.

By building more advanced huts you dont only get access to new weapons. You will also get access to defensive measures such as wooden walls and traps. These defensive measures can give you an advantage if your village should get attacked.

In the maps it will be possible to start building an outpost at other points. This gives an advantage if your main village is being destroyed. Your outpost will then function as a "new village" BUT won't be able to support as advanced huts as the main village. Therefore the main village must still be protected.

NOTE* Only one outpost can be built at any given time.

Construction of weapons:

After the ressources have been gathered players will have to build the weapons using the huts they have. By entering a curtain hut players will be able to build the weapons that the huts gives access to. After the weapons are built they will be placed in a pile in the village making it available to everyone to pick up.

In order to maintain a fun level an anti-moron system have implemented. Players will be able to block curtain players from using their weapons after they have been built. This will make sure that no one just go steal the weapons and drop them in the jungle.

Weapons various from close combat weapons to ranged weapons (axe, spear, bow etc.)

The more advanced a weapon, the more damage it gives. Some weapon might have a high damage rate but is slow at handling, where others are less damage but fast handling.

Winning condition:

In order to win the match the enemy tribe must be destroyed. Should the enemy tribes main village be destroyed and no winning announcement is announced it means an enemy outpost has been built. Therefore players will now have to find this outpost and destroy it while also protecting the main village so they won't be able to rebuild their main village.

Enter the tribes is a unique mod to pull out an advanced ressource system. Through our systems we have ensured that teamplay is 100% needed to win a game. Our Anti-Moron system has several not announced functions to prevent players from ruining the game for others.

I thank you for your interest.

Is this a RTS game? I cant see how this is going to be FPS with the resouces stuff.

And is it MP or SP, i just hate when mods dont tell if its MP or Sp.

It is RTS/FPS the ressource gathering is done by use of tools and its MP.

Oh and btw. since i use the word "players" which means more than one it should hint that it's not SP =D hehe but i understand you questioning it =) just didn't think that question would come up since Enter the Tribes has been going for like 2 years time now hehe =)
