Enter the Tribes, RTS/FPS mod looking for beta testers

Enter the Tribes is finally preparing to start the closed beta. For us to achieve our goals we are in need of 25 beta testers. All people applying should be able to give GOOD constructive criticism (that means no "omg, that just sucked" but instead "i didn't like the chopping wood animation maybe you could do it like this......")

Beta testers will be the first official non-devs testing our mod. Beta is subject to start at September 10th.

All players be above 18.

Shit, Lawyer's been working hard on ZM for at least a month or more, and we're nowhere CLOSE to beta (though we're in a very fun alpha stage I must say).

Please note that beta is stated to start september 10th. We are going to closed beta because we have gotten some nice results with our latest alpha's and thought it was time to get one step forward and let actual players test it for us instead. Bugs are mostly found by the players not the devs =)

Really? Wow, its good to see a more unique mod actually reach testing stages.

And SixThree, we had a really playable pre-alpha build of Zombie Master with most of the basic features, about three weeks into development. When I want something coded, I get it coded really quickly.

And Zyd, I look forward to what your mod brings.

Im interested in beta testing for your mod, i have plenty of time to devote to it, but the only problem is that i live pretty far away from the uk/us (i live in singapore GMT+8) so i may have trouble reaching all the testing sessions. What timezone are you in, and approx what times do you intend to hold testing sessions?

If you turned Ennui away because he's under 18, then you've seriously shot yourself in the foot. With testing of Zombie Master, Ennui's proven to be one of the best assets for improvement of the game.

It's not as if the day you turn 18, you're suddenly "mature".

Maturity is a quality of mind, not a question of age; I know plenty of people well over 18 who act as if they're still in grade school, whereas I also know a handful of people who are younger than I am (<17) who are mentally mature to a point that sometimes scares me.

The above 18 note is to ensure that we get people who really can give constructive criticism. Sure some people above 18 can be less mature and somebody under 18 can be more mature. But just to set an age limit we can filter most immature people out.
Anyway most people under 18 who sent in a request now just did a note saying "I would like to beta, i map in my spare time. Thanks"

No real reason to take them in since i really dont get any ensurance of good testing capabilities! but we will see =) maybe we will expand the beta!

We will have servers running in the us and a few in europe aswell! So no matter where you come from send in your application and help us develop this mod to something good.

The 25 players needed for our beta have been selected. If you got selected you should have recieved an e-mail by now!
After a while we might expand the beta and will end off with the open beta.

After a few stabil builds of beta we have decided to expand our beta. We are now looking for 25 more players located in either america or europe. You will get to play our mod in a very functional build and will help us improve the mod even further!

*REMEMBER TO ADD A REASON WHY WE SHOULD PICK YOU (please dont say "I've played games for 10 years" thx)
