Hey, I've been playing EP2 this morning, and I got to the part cutscene where the vortigaunts are reviving alyx and the g-man shows up. A little after the cutscene starts, my sound starts looping and eventually stops, and my framerate is like 1 fps.
I've got some ideas on how I might go about fixing it, such as lowering the directx level and lowering/turning off DX sound acceleration, but if anybody has this same problem or knows how to fix it, please help!
I already checked the steam support and this is the closest to the problem I'm having, but I've tried the solution and it doesn't change anything.
