Episode 1 Problem

Every time a try and play E1 the initial load screen ****s up. After about a minute the picture is distorted into loads of lines and the game crashes.

Can anyone help because not being able to play E1 is a pain :angry:

Your card is either too old or overheating.

 

[DEATH eVADER]

Make sure you validate your installation, and like Iron_Cube mentioned, it may be your card.

What are the Comp Specs you are playing with?

Which method did you purchase the game

Posted twice by mistake, didn't post first time but then did...twice. Bought it through retail. I have a new graphics card...should really install it but haven't had the time. E1 has worked fine with my current card so i don't think that's the problem.
