Episode two freezes at "Our Mutual Friend"

Ok, so I've gotten to the point where Alyx and Gordon meet Eli and are going down to Silo 1. But Alyx and Eli keeps freezing right after the door opens. I can still move around as usual.. And I have tried saving and reloading and stuff like that. Does anyone have a savefile that I can use? Or knows what else I can do?
