Episode Two stuck on loading screen

Got the orange box a week or so ago, and been busy with episode one, portal, and TF2. However, I can't start episode two. When I launch the game from steam, the into for valve plays, but the blurred screenshot with the word "loading" on the bottom left is all I get. It doesn't totally load the game for me to play. WTF!

Portal, EP1 and TF2 play well with absolutely no issues. EP2 can't get started.

So I started it, and tried to let it sit for about 1 hour, and still not loading.

Tried deleting then redownload, and still no workie!

Help?!

Resolved issue...

I use an anti-spyware app called Spyware Terminator. Seems that when I start Episode Two, Spyware Terminatore blocks four "Unknown Processes" right before the game intro appears. Tempor disabled ST, and life is good again.

Funny...didn't happen to anything else from the Orange Box...
