Error 1334(Tried the Counterstrike thing)

So, I have had Half-Life to since December. When I first installed it I had a few problems (error 1335) but got around them and have been enjoying it ever since.

My problem is I recently built a new computer and tried to reinstall Half-Life 2. Whenever I get to disc 4 I get Error 1334. I went on the web and read that installing Counter-Strike with Half-Life 2 did the trick. But I have been doing that from the start. I've tried clearing my temp files, reinstalling Steam and updated it. Nothing seems to work.

I really want to play Half-Life 2!!
