error message when startin cs source

When i start cs it shows the splash screen for a second then it exits the gam and give an error message. Actually 2.. The first says: Platform Error: module failed to initialize. The second: hl2.exe program error. The instruction on "0x0fc73e2c" referred to the memory on "0x0d76a1a0". Could not initialize memory. The following error was returned: "The memory cuold not be read"

Please some help if you could??!!!!:bounce:

2x asus 6600 gt extreme 256 mb in SLI
2 gb ram
200 gb disc (ntfs)
windows xp sp2

Howdy folks.
Any body finding a solution to my BIIIGG problem yet? Its strange halflife 2 is working but not cs s. They got the same motor...
