Error on the 1st CD

I cant not get past the page that says: "setup has determine that you have directX version 9.0b or greater installed on your machine and will not attempt to update."

I CANT PRESS THE NEXT BUTTON. BUT I CAN PRESS THE BACK AND CANCEL BUTTONS.

AND I DO HAVE DIRECTX 9.0c
