Yesterday I got the error where you must delete your clientregistry.blob file in order to get Steam working again. Once I did that, Steam began updating and gave me the message in the thread title. There isn't anything on Steampowered.com about this either. Is there any way to fix it? I've tried uninstalling Steam, but it wouldn't do it because some files are full write protected or something.
