Error when converting spray!!

I made my own spray in photoshop. You can see it here:

Now when i wanna make the background transparent i made an .tga file as told by tutorials. But when i want to convert with vtex i get the following error:

How can I supposed to get a spray with 4 dimension?

How can i give my image 2 dimensions then?

with the correct image sizes,

128x128, 256x256, 512x512

Most sprays are 256x256

Hi Im new yeah, an i have a similar problem, well let me just show you.

For the first question, you have resize your image to either 256x256 or lower. If you want to keep the aspect ratio then you'll have to crop it onto a 256x256 canvas. It won't allow 512x512 as that goes over the file size limit of 120KB.
