Error when starting a map in Offline Mode

I get this strange error everytime I try to start a server in offline mode...

Can anybody help me out?

This is totally foreign to everybody? I've got a legit, full, patched version. I don't know what's up with it...

I'd like to have this fixed before a LAN party.

hmmm check your launch options of cs incase there are any commands that shouldnt be there

I got that a couple of days ago as well. Lost my internet connection for a few days so I've been playing offline. It was fine the first time I used it, but I got that message the second time. Mine's a standard install from the silver package, no modifications. No idea what caused it yet.
