Error while compiling

[DaCane]

I get this error when I am going to compile my map.

** Executing...
** Command: Change Directory
** Parameters: "F:\Programfiler\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[MYUSERNAME-YES]\half-life 2\hl2.exe"

The command failed. Windows reported the error:
"Invalid argument"

Any ideas how to fix this?

In Hammer's options (tools menu) make sure all the Game Directory settings point to the right location. "SteamApps" shouldn't have a space in it and "[myusername-yes]" should be your email address.

Mine is like this - "E:\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\half-life 2\hl2"
