Error While Trying To Run HL:2 Or CS:S

^ thats the error i always get while trying to run cs:s or hl:2

i just got this pc today! and its a.

2800 + AMD
512 MB Ram
and 128 MB Shared (on board) Video.
Windows XP

But the HL:2 demo runs perfect on my dads:
1.1 ghz
256 MB ram
and 64 mb video card ?
Windows 98se
What could be my problem ?

What is your video adapter? If I were you the first thing I'd do is install the latest drivers for it.

im workin on finding them...my video card is on my M/B...and my M/B is an AMPTRON M7VIZ-A11
