i wanted to change my cfg file and deleted the F10 key and changed the ~ key to the ² key so i can use console. but now i got this error.

can somebody help me?

Hmm.. That's a memory error. When does it happen; During the game or as soon as you try starting up?

as is starts up, before yesterday no problems, i played every day

try clicking on these:
steam://validate/240
steam://validate/220

They will launch steam and it will check files for corruption
Wait for the first one to finish before you click the second.
