I'm not expecting anything soon, mind you, but I do remember Gabe mentioning in a recent interview that they plan on releasing episodic single player content in the future. Stuff like Alyx and Dog campaigns and what not. I'd prefer to be Dog tbh. Flinging cars around and what not. Any word on when we'll see this?
Love the game btw. Nothing earth-shattering as far as a game is concerned (Valve really shouldn't have shown us as much as they did in the E3 vids...leaves very little for surprise), but people expecting that should have realized they were setting themselves up for disappointment. For what the game is and what it sets out to accomplish it does it superbly. I just wish there were more character-driven sections and more 'wow' scripted moments. Still, great job done Valve. Can't wait to see what else you can pull off with Source. Not to mention the fans.
