Just a few thoughts on my life of late. No where near everything on my mind, but just a few points that stick out...

Any input is appreciated.

Also feel free to post some of your own thoughts on your own life. Im feeing in the helping mood and i'll be around for the next hour. If i dont get to it then i'll be back in the morning.

Im sick of not really giving anything back recently to the forums and people who have helped me and entertained me, any of my recent posts have been pretty much garbage. So time for a bit of a turn around.

Myself, I've had a crappy day yesterday the last two weeks were great, but now my dad is back from russia so I prevented myself from choking him to death yesterday. it felt so good though. His face was red as a lobster, no joke.

I've also had a certain girl on my mind about 24/7 recently, which is making me feel both good and bad. yeah.

Life is complicated isn't it? Just keep an optimistic view on things

About your dad, i really feel for you. I swear to god if i had the resources to come over, id be there in a second. Sadly i can only watch from afar and offer what little advice i can. Something has to be done. Glad it made you feel better, i only hope that he doesnt try to retaliate. I've said it before and i'll say it again, You dont have to put up with his shit.

All I can really say is hang in there.

I sometimes think that going through tough times actually leaves us a stronger person in the end. Thanks for sharing that too. It's always nice to see a bit of the real person behind the forum persona. Too often I think the interrnet contributes to the idea of anonymity and we sometimes forget that these are real people we're talking to.

Thoughts on my own life? Let's just say I've had my ups and downs with a few more of them being downs than ups. Doesn't make for very enjoyable reading really.

Nietzsche was onto something. I went through some awful shit in my teenage years, but without it I wouldn't be totally awesome like I am now. Suffering is the ultimate self-validation. Provided you build on it, of course. What's that Chinese crisis/opportunity thing, again? So, yeah. Keep your head up.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I'm a whole lot more mature because of what I've been through. Just in my case, it's like -

"I am so glad to have come away from this experience all the wiser. Now I can get back to how things were before."
