okay, I figured out that if you have XP SP2, you can protect your server from crashing by turning on Data Execution Prevention.
This worked last night for 2 hours. I wasn't able to post on it because my entire city got disconnected from the internet at 12:00 AM.
You can turn it on by going to the control panel/system/advanced/Data Execution prevention.
When I have it off, the server crashes.
