Evil Dead!

just saw number one with my girlfriend (she's a diehard horror fan so she narrated all manner of interesting tidbits during the film!)

wow what a great slice of schlocky entertainment
i really enjoyed it as a comedy, a shocker, a scary bloody movie

shows what a shoestring movie can achieve

anyone seen the trilogy plus remake?

I didn't like Evil Dead 3. The other 2 though were awesome.

Only seen the first and the third, didn't like the first one but the third was pretty hilarious.

There was a remake?

Evil Dead 1 was a great, great horror film. I loved the trees. Oh so much.

Evil Dead 2 confused me but was ****ing badass and hilarious.

Army of Darkness was all right. It was completely ridiculous, and kinda funny.

You can't compare any of them, because they are three completely different types of movies.

Raimi is making a remake and a sequel though.
