Evo: Phase One is a video game console to be a 'forthcoming Media Center PC with gaming compatibility to be produced by Envizions Computer Entertainment and will be released in December, 2006. Similar to Phantom Entertainment's Phantom console, the system is intended to be capable of playing existing and future PC games as its primary source of media. The system will also have DVR and media center functionality.'

Maybe it's an Evo-in-the-box? You turn the crank, the box plays some nice melody like "Master of Puppets" and suddenly your face pops out of the box on a spring?

But i was more getting at thinking do they have anything that the PC's won't work on?
 
Why would you want to play PC Games on a console? :|
