Expried Steam ticket

I frequently get disconnected from servers and get a message saying that my Steam ticket has expired and requires me to re-enter my password. Sometimes the message appears in the midst of connecting to a server. But my ticket seems to expire at least twice everyday, how do I get this to stop?

It sounds like someone else might be using your account. Check for viruses and spyware and then change your account password.

Your ticket expires normally when someone else has logged into your account.

yea it will say that if your account is logged on a different computer so i recommend changing your pw

Someone else is in your account, like a leech, drinking up all your gaming time, change that password before he does, well you have access to the contact email and he doesn't, unless your stupid enough to use the same password for both?!

Ah...I'll try that ASAP.

EDIT: My let my friend use my account for a short period and when he tried logging on while I was I got a message along the lines of "Someone lese is trying to log on to your account from a different computer" and never this. I'm not so sure it'll work anymore but lets see.

There may be other reasons it's happening, but I think it's better to look at these first. Better safe than sorry.
