Extension/program to transfer settings from Firefox to another comp

I recently received a new computer from my college, and I would like to put the settings from Firefox on my main desktop to this one. I can't stand not having my bookmarks/extensions/tacobellz.

Help me out!

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\asdf1234.default

Instead of asdf1234, there will be a random sequence of 8 characters.

That should be what you're looking for. Just copy and transfer to the new one

Actually, that'll do it for settings, etc, but I'm not sure about extensions.
