F*CK Diner Dash!

One of my step bros downloaded some game called Diner Dash, now I cant get it off my desktop. I did a search for everything with Diner in it and turned up 3 other files which I deleted. When I try to delete the setup file on the desktop it says I cannot delete it because it is in use by another program. I have started up in safe mode and scanned it for viruses. It wont go away and it doesnt seem to be a threat but it is none the less annoying.

So, does anyone know how to get rid of this? I have tried closing all processes and that didnt work so I am wondering if there is a way to see what process something is attached to or a program that does that. Or heck any way to get rid of this dang thing!

Ummm try registry mechanic? (it's not free...you can easily "get it" with limewire though)

Start in safe mode and uninstall it...
Or use something like Process Explorer to find it's handle running in memory, kill it, and delete it.

Didnt work...can't see the program attached to any process.
